About BPTM
At BPTM, we are more than just a human factors and usability research firm; we are your strategic partner in medical product innovation. With a global reach, we offer customized HF services and unique solutions tailored specifically for companies navigating the evolving user-centric regulatory environment.
Our Passion
Our company has been influencing the health and wellbeing of people in bold and innovative ways for over 27 years by caring for users, understanding user needs and behaviors, and advancing usability testing to improve medical product designs throughout the world.
We are proudly on a big mission to improve people’s lives by embracing the “human factor” in everything we do.
Our drive to understand the science of use goes beyond wanting to help our clients create a great product—we believe medical products should empower users to accomplish their medical and health goals, rather than be a source of confusion, frustration, or unreasonable risk. While a good product design can accomplish many of those objectives, by incorporating the users’ voice and behaviors throughout the development process, a medical product becomes inherently safer and more effective for use.
Our user-centered approach extends to our clients, too. We understand that human factors is one piece in a very large puzzle, and we prioritize understanding your big picture and focus on how human factors can help you realize your project goals.
